You can set weekly spending limits on your account:

  2. Go to My Account > Spend Limits
  3. Set or adjust your limit

Self-Exclusion

You may request to self-exclude from LottoRoo for 12 months. What happens:

  • All unplayed tickets will be cancelled, and any remaining funds refunded.
  • Your account must be ID-verified to process withdrawals.
  • You will receive confirmation of exclusion via email.

To request self-exclusion, contact our support team. Once the exclusion period ends, you can request account reinstatement by contacting our Responsible Gambling Officer.

Opt-Out of Marketing

You can opt-out of promotional emails and messages at any time by contacting support. If you are self-excluded, you will automatically be removed from marketing communications.
